Here’s a simple easy way, I do myself every single morning.
On empty stomach I mix the following ingredients to make the healthiest delicious water drink -I and my body needs- to start a productive day:
A glass of lukewarm filtered mineralized water
A whole squeezed fresh organic lemon juice
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
√ Hydrates your body after a straight 7-8 hour sleep without water
√ Detoxifies your body flushing toxins out
√ Revives your body cells
√ Gives you energy and balance your hormones
√ Helps digestion by stimulating bile production and optimizing liver function for bowel regulation
√ Boosts your immune system
√ Alkalizes your body for a better metabolism operation
√ Anti-oxidizes your body
Living young and healthy is a baby steps process:
