Office Policies

First Appointments & Office Visits

Please bring the following to your first appointment:

√ All prescription and non-prescription (over the counter) drugs

√ All supplements including vitamins, minerals, herbals, protein powders

√ Food Diary (if given to you) filled out with as much detail as possible

√ Recent tests: Blood, urine, hair analysis (if there is any)

Scheduling Appointments 

 Your scheduled appointment is my first priority. It’s a prepaid service. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 2 business days in advance to avoid a service charge ($25.00).  

Payment 

Payment by cash, check or credit card is required at your visit. I do not bill for insurance. For products order it’s a prepaid service.

Products Orders

Orders are shipped by within 2-4 business days otherwise stated. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included. There are two options of delivery: 1) Your order can be delivered to you at full cost. 2) If your order is over than $200.00, you can save shipping cost by stopping by my office for a pick up.

Orders forms are reviewed three times for accuracy. If you believe a mistake was made in your shipment (wrong supplement received, etc.), please contact my office immediately, so I can get what you need and reconcile the sale accordingly.

Returning Products and Pricing

Supplements prices are subject to change without prior notice. Supplements I use are food products and are not able to be exchanged or returned.  Please check your purchases carefully.

Questions about Your Health, Products or Protocol

If you have a question about your program or supplements, I want to answer it appropriately. Please feel free to contact me by phone or via email. There would be no charge.

I receive all communications concerning your questions. I have a very busy schedule and may not be available to review your folder until the end of the day. I’ll respond within 24 hours.

If you are experiencing anything uncomfortable or unusual, please call my office immediately. For emergency-related medical issues, please contact your medical doctor or the emergency center.

Be aware that your prescription needs are likely to change as your overall health improves. Be responsible for paying attention to how you are feeling and promptly discuss with your physician any changes you are experiencing.

You always have a choice in whether or not to follow the suggestions given to you. Please understand that all of the suggestions and recommendation given to you are crucial to facilitate and speed the recovery process.  

Consistency

Remember, the success of this process depends upon your close adherence to following your supplements protocol, guidance and recommendations. If you are inconsistent with your protocol, it will take longer to reach your health goals. I’ve seen great successes for those who follow their protocols/guidance. I am honored to be assisting you in achieving good health and well being.
